Feature guides & operations

Short, practical walkthroughs for the workflows families use every day.

  1. Open One2Family and complete onboarding.
  2. Sign in or create an account with phone OTP.
  3. Run Family Setup: name your family, add members, optional doctors and insurance.
  4. Enable App Lock in Settings → Security (recommended).

Add: Family → Add member (name, relationship, date of birth).

Edit: Family → tap member → Edit profile, allergies, conditions.

Inline add: When filing a document, create a new member from the confirm dialog if the app cannot match a name.

New uploads go to Health Inbox first — not directly to the vault.

  1. Extract text (OCR / PDF)
  2. Classify document type
  3. Suggest family member
  4. You review extracted fields
  5. Confirm to file to vault

  • Lab: patient, lab, values, abnormal flags
  • Prescription: medicines, doses, doctor, date
  • Imaging: modality, findings, report date
  • Insurance: insurer, policy number, expiry
  • Appointment slip: doctor, hospital, date & time

After filing: timeline updates, modules sync (labs → observations, Rx → prescriptions), and Doctor Prep context improves.

  • Medications — active medicines and reminders
  • Prescriptions — linked to source documents
  • Appointments — upcoming and past visits with reminders
  • Vaccinations — history and due dates
  • Insurance — policies and renewal dates
  • Wellness — BP, glucose, weight, trends

Ask about health information you have already organized and confirmed.

Examples:

  • “What changed in my recent reports?”
  • “Summarize my medications.”
  • “Prepare me for tomorrow's appointment.”
  • “Explain this lab report” (while viewing a document)

one2AI provides information and drafts — it does not diagnose or prescribe. Saving medications from AI always requires your confirmation.

Doctor Prep: Member profile → Prepare for Doctor — recent changes, meds, labs, questions, documents.

After visit: Log what happened; follow-up care tasks may be suggested.

Care Tasks: Family to-do for refills, vaccinations, follow-ups — complete, snooze, or dismiss.

Health Calendar: Combined appointments and open care tasks.

Sharing tab: permission-controlled QR or link sharing — select who, what, and how long. Revoke access anytime; audit history available.

Emergency: Emergency profile and card for critical information when needed quickly.

  • Can't see a record: check member switcher and sharing permissions.
  • Need help: Settings → Help Center → create a support ticket.
