one2family Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This policy is product disclosure copy and must be reviewed and approved by the publisher's qualified legal counsel before public release.

1. Acceptance

By creating or using a one2family account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you manage information for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Intended use

one2family helps families organize health information, tasks, documents, permissions, and reminders. It is not a healthcare provider, insurer, pharmacy, emergency service, or medical device.

3. Health and AI disclaimer

Information, scores, care gaps, reports, reminders, and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are for organization and general information only, not diagnosis, treatment, triage, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Confirm important information with a qualified clinician.

4. Emergencies

Do not use one2family for emergencies. Call the local emergency number or seek immediate professional care. Never delay care because of an app notification, score, insight, or AI response.

5. Account and data responsibility

Keep credentials and devices secure, provide accurate information, and review sharing permissions. You are responsible for the data you enter and the people you authorize to access it.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability, integrations, notifications, and AI responses are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of critical records and follow clinician or insurer instructions.
