one2family Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating or using a one2family account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you manage information for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Intended use
one2family helps families organize, extract, summarize, understand, and retrieve information contained in their family health records. It is not a healthcare provider, insurer, pharmacy, emergency service, or medical device. It is not intended to diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, determine medication dosage, or independently make clinical decisions. one2AI uses OpenAI API services through the one2family backend. Optional cloud document recovery may use Google Cloud (MedGemma) after in-app disclosure and consent. You must confirm suggested extraction values before they become part of your health record.
3. Health and AI disclaimer
Information, scores, care gaps, reports, reminders, and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are for organization and general information only, not diagnosis, treatment, triage, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Confirm important information with a qualified clinician. one2AI responses use OpenAI API services over confirmed records — they are educational, not authoritative medical records. Document-recovery suggestions are proposals only; verify against the original document.
4. Emergencies
Do not use one2family for emergencies. Call the local emergency number or seek immediate professional care. Never delay care because of an app notification, score, insight, or AI response.
5. Account and data responsibility
Keep credentials and devices secure, provide accurate information, and review sharing permissions. You are responsible for the data you enter, the people you authorize to access it, and for confirming extraction suggestions before they are saved as health records.
6. Third-party AI services
The service uses OpenAI API services (one2AI) and, when you consent, Google Cloud / Vertex AI (MedGemma) for optional document recovery, as described in the Privacy Policy. one2family is not designed to provide autonomous diagnosis, prescribing, medication dose changes, or emergency triage. Requests involving these areas may be restricted, redirected to appropriate safety information, or require consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
7. No clinical use
You agree to use one2family and its AI features only for organizing and understanding your family health information, not for the diagnosis or treatment of patients in place of licensed healthcare professionals.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but availability, integrations, notifications, and AI responses are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of critical records and follow clinician or insurer instructions.
